Blood Work Analysis...... next steps

Congratulations on taking charge of your health!   Blood work analysis is a great way to get more insight as to what is going on inside your body so you can address the underlying cause.

Here are the next steps:

#1 Check your email!! This email will list out all the markers I recommend getting done.

#2 Take this list to your doctor and request that these markers get tested**

#3 Sign the BWA disclaimer from me -- this will be emailed to you from SignNow (you will receive this prior to your appt with me)
Please read through it and e-sign this form. I will not be able to analyze your blood work without this form signed. (It's just the way it is these days:)

#4 Send me your blood work results

#5 I will schedule a time with you to review your BWA
     (it's typically a 20 minute video call)

#6 Take action. Use the information from your BWA to 'fix' the areas that  need attention.

** If your doctor won't run all of the markers that are recommended then consider ordering your own blood work.

Blood Lab Testing System is a company you can order your own blood work from.  If you need more details on which specific tests to order from here please contact me. Click here to visit their site....

MAKE SURE YOU FAST FOR 12 HOURS BEFORE GETTING YOUR BLOOD DRAWN.
** BUT DO DRINK WATER TO AVOID DEHYDRATION. TRY TO GET YOUR BLOOD DRAWN BETWEEN 7-9am.

** Many people ask if they can email the results to me.... email is not considered HIPAA compliant. As long as you are aware of that you can choose to send it to me however you wish.

Once I receive it I will email you letting you know that I received it and I will give you an estimated day of completion so we can schedule a time to review the reports together over the phone or in person.

I hope this explains the process but if you have any questions please contact me at drsingh@zamawellness.com

I look forward to talking with you soon!
