General Directions on how to make and drink:
Work up to drinking 32 oz of tea daily. Rotate among the teas recommended for you.
Measure out 1oz of dried tea, place into a sturdy glass container, pour 32oz of hot/ boiling water over the herbs. Cover and allow it steep/ infuse overnight. Next morning- strain out the tea and drink the liquid throughout the day.
