What is metabolic health and why is it so important?

Everything you do requires energy. It doesn’t matter if you’re running, jumping, thinking, or just sitting....
your body needs constant power to keep things ‘running’.

Good metabolic health

your body is efficiently making and using energy and helping your cells function at full capacity.

Poor metabolic health

Why should you care about metabolic health?
